Why I Teach
Teaching is so multifaceted – I love the many different ways we get to engage with students in all stages of their careers. Whether it be talking with an advisee who is trying to discover their true passion, helping a struggling student reach that “ahah moment”, working with a TA to improve their teaching approach, or hearing from a graduate who still remembers you cared – these are the moments that energize me each day.
