For this week's ChemWell come and hear from 3 Stanford chemistry alumni, who are now at positions in government entities. The panel will participate in a light-hearted discussion and Q&A of their career paths in government agencies and laboratories and tips on launching a successful career in government organizations. This panel will moderated by Prof. Yan Xia and consist of the following Stanford alumni:

Dr. Hans Bechtel, Staff Scientist and Program Lead, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
Dr. Nichole Fitzgerald, Program Manager, Department of Energy
Dr. Sandra Sachs, Lab Manager (Forensic Chemistry), Oakland Police Department
