Chemistry Department Room Reservation Policy

To reserve a room, please see the instructions provided below:

  1. Please scan the QR code posted outside the rooms to access the most up-to-date calendar
  2. Submit your room reservation request through the following online form.

Please note the room priority is as follows:

  1. Classes
  2. Group Meetings
  3. Progress Reports/Research Proposals
  4. Events

These spaces are reserved for Department of Chemistry faculty, staff, students, and postdoctoral scholars. Individuals using the room without a reservation may be asked to vacate it by those with a confirmed booking.
